We work to support the development of the workforce across the Thames Valley, whether they work in statutory public sector agencies, in voluntary and community sector organisations or if they are members of our community.

Through directly providing, or helping to develop and deliver new training approaches we can help build the capacity in our local systems.

By delivering sustainable training – particularly through train-the-trainer models – we can also build the longer-term cultural and financial sustainability of these approaches.

The Violence Prevention Partnership continues to work with local partners to develop a strategic response to local training needs, while also working with individual organisations on particular projects/opportunities, some of which are detailed below.

The VPP’s Training lead, Chris Ward, can be contacted directly to discuss any requirements or opportunities.
